| When Ship is being at sea,affected by factors such as waves will produce a swing phenomenon,marine platform by constantly changing the attitude and position of the measuring platform,eliminate all interference moment to isolate the stable objects disturbance on the carrier,keeping accurate dynamic attitude reference,the equipment installed on the platform can quickly and accurately target and track targets.In recent years,marine stable platform on military and civilian development is very rapid.Research on the marine platform attitude control system is also more and more people’s attention.This article is designed based on a resolver marine platform controls,attitude control for the study of marine platform.Firstly,the rotary transformer principle and decoding principle,the choice of this system resolver decoding process and hardware function module parameters.Secondly,marine platform functional requirements are analyzed according to the specific technical parameters of each module hardware circuit design,including power module,the position signal decoding processing module,mainly control module,motor drive module,fault protection module.Complete the circuit schematic and design PCB.Then,depending on the circumstances of the ship disturbed marine platform control system modeling,mathematical model of marine platforms,research attitude controller transfer function,closed-loop control system design position signal.For different track angles proposed variable parameter PID control method to complete the simulation control method.Finally,set up a marine platform test system,hardware and software systems for debugging,the actual test results show that the design of marine platform control system is safe,reliable and able to achieve the desired performance for military and civilian stable platform for attitude control research and engineering practice with a reference value. |
