| Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)can withstand severe environments because of its simple and reliable structure,and with high operating efficiency,SRM is suitable for frequent open and close driving occasions.The unique double salient pole structure of the motor body and the characteristic that the motor often works in the magnetic saturation region,make the system nonlinear seriously,and the motor will produce large torque ripple when running.The control of switched reluctance motor requires accurate rotor position information,so the selection of appropriate position sensor and design of position signal decoding scheme is the key premise of SRM’s stable operation and the research on torque ripple suppression.The research of SRM mainly includes:(1)Electromagnetic simulation of switched reluctance motor is carried out in AnsoftMaxwell.The whole structure of switched reluctance motor control system is designed,and the absolute position decoding scheme of rotating transformer is designed with AU6802nl decoding chip as the core.The fuzzy PI speed controller is designed,and the control performance of the fuzzy PI speed controller is analyzed by simulation experiment in MATLAB simulink.(2)Simulation models of VCC,CCC and ILC were built,and their characteristics and adaptability were analyzed through simulation experiments.An improved direct torque control scheme of four-phase switched reluctance motor was designed)and the effectiveness of the scheme was verified by simulation experiments.(3)The hardware and software of switched reluctance motor control system are designed.The absolute position decoding scheme of rotating transformer based on AU6802nl is implemented.(4)After setting up the experimental platform,a series of experiments were carried out.The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the SRM control system based on the position decoding of the rotating transformer,the superiority of the fuzzy PI speed regulator,and the experimental analysis of the basic control strategy of SRM. |
