Servo control system while applications already a long time,but in the complex structure of the ac.motor applications still cannot achieve the ideal effect,the application was limited.Until 1971,Germany’s Siemens engineers vector control method is proposed,the ac motor control again after decoupling,make ac motor and dc motor control performance was comparable to that of solve the long-term problems hindering the development of the ac motor control,make ac motor start is widely applied in the field of servo control.Due to the further perfect the related technical theory,application,the advantages of ac servo system is verified.In this paper,based on the ac servo control system,the servo control system of PID controller parameter setting method was studied,the main work is:(1)The concrete used in this article are introduced the structure of the ac permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system and the mathematical model is established in this process,including the coordinate transformation and vector control principle of ac permanent magnet synchronous motor control principle diagram is given,under the environment of MATLAB and SIMULINK to establish the simulation model of ac servo system based on vector control,and verify its effectiveness.(2)In ac servo motor simulation model on the basis of genetic algorithm and BP neural network was added into the PI parameters PID controller with offline setting.Through these two methods in system modeling and simulation,genetic algorithm and BP neural network is proved validity and utility in the control system of the ac motor,at the same time,through the comparison of simulation results,and two kinds of algorithm is superior to traditional PID control.Genetic algorithm can quickly close to the optimal value,thus rapid rise time.The BP neural network approximation curve more smoothly.(3)Due to the off-line setting method has its limitations,USES the fuzzy control of online setting on PI parameters setting in the system,on the basis of traditional PID control system to join the fuzzy module modeling and simulation,to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
