Self-anchored suspension bridge with its moderate ability to cross,good performance,a variety of structural forms,beautiful appearance of the shape of the bridge has been built for the preferred program,and self-anchored suspension bridge construction control is to ensure the successful construction of the bridge key.In this paper,based on the main bridge of Zhuzhou Fengxi Bridge,the key to the construction of the steel box girder of the top of the steel box beam and the construction of the non-stress line and the key construction problems of the self-anchored suspension bridge are discussed.Research,its main research work is as follows:(1)In view of the shortcomings of "rectangular method" and "right angle trapezoidal method" in the method of making the configuration of the existing steel box girder section,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to overcome the shortcomings and apply to any beam height and corner The method of determining the construction configuration of the bridge beam section of the section construction,namely "equal and higher adjacent trapezoidal method".(2)According to the "phase transformation method" in the top of the main steel box girder without stress line to achieve high precision to control the elevation as the basic variable,using the common formula,programming slightly complex,"phase transformation method" Based on the idea of fusion matrix,the paper puts forward a high precision method of stressless linearity of the top beam with the height of the beam at both ends as the basic quantity and the transfer matrix.(3)In view of the shortcomings of the existing construction scheme of "self-anchored suspension bridge" and "the first cable and rear cable" in the actual construction,the paper puts forward the construction plan of "cable beam synchronization",and analyzes the twin towers and single towers The size of the cable tension in the anchorage of the different main girder of the self-anchored suspension bridge is calculated.According to the characteristics of the pier section of the background project,the single pier can resist the maximum unbalanced level It proves the feasibility of the "cable beam synchronization" construction scheme and determines the feasible range of the scheme under certain conditions.(4)Based on the design of the main construction scheme of the main bridge of Zhuzhou Fengxi Bridge,the application of the "cable synchronization" construction scheme in the real bridge is studied.The feasibility of the scheme in the practical construction of the self-anchored suspension bridge is proved.
