With the increasing emphasis on saving energy consumption,the development of new wall materials will become the mainstream of the development of building energy saving system in China.The integration of the composite insulation board exterior wall insulation system and foam concrete composite keel system is one of the novel insulating wall materials.Compared with traditional wall materials,these new wall materials not only have the characteristics of traditional materials,but also can adapt to changes in different environments.It can improve the energy efficiency of the building and maintain the structural function.However,with the popularization and application of these new wall material technologies,many drawbacks have also been exposed.Through the comparison of domestic and foreign advanced building energy-saving and structural integration technology,construction technology of composite external wall insulation system has been studied and analyzed,and provide a reference for future application.First,through theoretical calculation,we compare and analyze the influence of different screw holes spacing on the stiffness of the integrated insulation board composite external wall insulation system,and the most reasonable spacing between inner and outer walls is concluded.Then,the ABAQUS finite element analysis software is applied to simulate the pouring process of the integrated thermal insulation board and composite exterior wall insulation system.The stress nephogram and distribution rule are obtained,so as to demonstrate the rationality of the spacing between the screw rods.For foam concrete composite external wall insulation system,the scaffold pull rod effect on foam concrete composite wall insulation system from different angles was analyzed and a new kind of panel mounting technology was proposed.The problems involved in the construction have been successfully solved.Also,The pouring height of foam concrete filling was given by the experimental results,lastly,the two-dimensional steady-state heat conduction was analyzed.Through the comparison and analysis of thermal bridge temperature and heat flux distribution,theoretical support and design suggestions for construction system of thermal bridge was given.The construction quality of the two systems is well studied.The construction technic of this two systems is improved,thus it can provide reference for future wide application.
