With the rapid development of economy and the challenge of urbanization in our country,the relative shortage of land resources is increasingly outstanding,it forces people to mine a large number of underground resources so that deep foundation pit excavation of a new growing prompted more and more.Over the decade,the underground engineering is sharp increased which caused a damage excavation of the deep foundation pit,such as basement,underground passageways,subway,civil air defense projects and so on.this will have a certain impact on the surrounding buildings,it mainly reflected in the additional internal force of the adjacent building's foundation,which leads to caused by the uneven settlement of the foundation is too large buildings cracking and even damage caused the additional internal force of upper structure production,the serious influence the safety of the use function and structure's security of the building.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to systematically study the causes of uneven settlement of buildings,and the influence to the internal force of the upper frame structure and deformation.By this,we can consider which methods are useful to decrease and control.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Summarize the types and characteristics of foundation settlement and introduced the bad effects to the safety of structures,research status at home and abroad about the influence of uneven settlement to the upper structure.(2)The upper structure of building connects with the foundation through the base,on the basis of considering the interaction among factors introduced in the paper.We use analysis software SPA2000 by the structure with seven across the space of five layers framework.Fixed bearing constraints and elastic support constraints are applied to the column feet respectively.We make a compare between the different models,mainly about the influence of local settlement in different location,which influence will be made to the internal force and deformation of structure.According to analysis,it is concluded that the frame force and deformation in the elastic support model are smaller than that in the fixed support model under the same sedimentation.It is proved that the elastic supporting model can be used for reinforcement and design analysis.(3)This article overviews the basic theories and methods of the structure detection and itsreinforcement.Under the backgroundof storey frame(partial four storey)building of an act ual project in Huitong County as an example,through inspection and investigation on the spot assessment,according to the standard scientific and reasonable sampling,carry out the compr ehensive inspection of the structure,according to the analysis of the test data,it is found that th e non-uniform settlement of the ground foundation caused by unconsolidated land foundation is the main cause of the severe cracking of the load bearing memberand the filling wall.And t he application of SAP2000 structure analysis software to analyzethe influence of uneven settl ement of the foundation frame internal force redistribution and comparative analysis,draw era ck position and the component forceincreases the position of the match,and on this basis,to f ollow-up the reinforcement design of this building to provide pertinent advice.(4)Provide the measures of prevention and treatment of uneven ground settlement of prevention and treatment of uneven ground settlement are through from the aspects of investigation,construction structure and building.
