The theory of their work of the grid structure and the concrete frame structure has been quite mature,which is widely applied. However,the synergy of the grid structure and the lower concrete structure research is relatively small, a lot of design is calculated separately, the influence of general rules for the lower part of the structure, the simplified equivalent can effectively reflect the actual performance of structure. But for some irregular structure, two parts interact with each other is not yet clear. So in this article, through the actual engineering case study on the irregular seismic performance of the whole structure of framework, provide a reference for the hybrid irregular steel grid structure and R.C frame.In this paper, the main work and relevant conclusions are following several aspects:(1) According to the research of the space truss concrete frame in recent years, the development present situation and the analysis method. On the existing research results and existing problems are a summary of relative system, put forward the importance of research on seismic performance of the steel truss concrete frame structure.(2) The establishment of the equivalent rigid rod model, equivalent plate model and hybrid grid model by using finite element software MIDAS/Gen(two portion of the grid structure and the frame connection using a fixed hinged support and elastic support). According to different models corresponding to modal analysis and response spectrum analysis, comparison of different structure model of the internal forces of rod and shear layer and vibration characteristics, influence on the performance of the equivalent model of different seismic structure under small earthquake.(3) According to the actual situation of Engineering,three seismic waves were selected, the hybrid grid model(elastic support, fixed hinged support) elastic timehistory analysis, extraction of base shear and top part of the concrete frame column displacement, the grid structure member internal forces and displacement, the comparison of the two kinds of model data, obtained the effects of two different the support to the structural seismic performance.(4) At the end of this paper, analyses four kinds of model of static pushover in X and Y direction,comparing the performance of four different models, the data shows different corresponding points and the plastic hinge states,comparative analysis of the results of the response spectrum and time history analysis.
