The bridge construction industry is the important supporting force for the development of China's national economy.However,for a long time,the construction of continuous girder bridges for cantilever construction in China has shown a trend of large scale with low production efficiency.In the fierce competition environment,strengthening the construction management of bridge construction projects is an important way for companies to realize corporate profits.At present,the progress-cost management of China's bridges is still in the stage which is unclear positioning,unclear responsibilities,unscientific management methods,low-level,and extensive construction management.Situations that construction project costs exceed the liability costs often happen.In the national context of accelerating the transformation of the mode of economic development and focusing on the quality and efficiency of development,it is bound to change the traditional crude production mode and pursue a more intelligent and lean new mode of production.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out scientific progress-cost management control over bridge projects.In view of this problem,this article stands in the perspective of cantilever construction continuous beam bridge engineering:First,we provide theoretical basis for research content through the literature research and systematic learning of BIM software.And in this process,we fully understand the characteristics and advantages of BIM technology,application value,and cost management theory,as well as content and methods of schedule management theory.Secondly,through analysis and summary of the existing construction management model for continuous girder bridges with cantilever construction,we improve the three theoretical foundations which involve BIM technology,cost management methods,and schedule management methods into the continuous beam bridge of 5D-BIM cantilever construction integrated with three-dimensional model,schedule simulation,and real-time cost control.Through the comparative analysis of the two models,it can be seen that the 5D-BIM technology has brought changes to the existing cost management during the construction phase of the cantilever construction continuous beam bridge.In addition,5D construction management system for the cantilever construction continuous beam bridge was established to carry out system function design,overall design of the platform operation process,system early warning mechanism setting,and analyzes the effectiveness of the application system.Also,the actual application was elaborated for the construction stage,and the feasibility of the system platform was further discussed.Finally,the application process of cost management in the 5D construction phase of the cantilever construction continuous beam bridge is analyzed through specific engineering cases,including the application of Revit software to establish the the information model of the cantilever construction continuous beam bridge,and integrate the data information of the bridge project.The bridge construction 5D construction management system was applied to realize the bridge project schedule simulation construction and generate the resource capital demand simulation curve.At the same time,it verified the feasibility of the system's calculation method for the cost permissible deviation,and specifically analyzed the functions and benefits of the BIM technology applied to the progress-cost management in the 5D construction phase of the cantilever construction continuous beam bridge.The research shows that 5D construction management of cantilever construction continuous beam bridge based on BIM technology can realize the transition of construction management from static,extensive to dynamic and lean,improve the production efficiency of construction companies,advance the construction period,and save costs.
