With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for wires has grown.The wire industry has become a big industry in our country with fierce market competition.The main forms of domestic wire coil packaging is wrapping,bundling and heat shrink packaging,with a single form and aesthetically pleasing.Domestic wire packaging efficiency and quality is difficult to keep up with the market demand.Many countries have high requirements for wire coil packaging,such as Japan for the wire coil packaging requirements are only accepted heat shrinkage form,and the packaging process of the heat seal cannot exceed one.Domestic packaging machinery is currently difficult to meet the requirements.it is of great practical significance to develop a heat-shrinkable packaging technology that can complete the package that less than one heat-seal seam on and an independent proprietary automatic packaging machine.With the purpose of studying and researching,a wire wrapping automatic wrapping machine with a heat seal less than one can be designed,which will provide some reference for relevant research experience.Through the research of the subject,the main tasks of this paper are as follows:(1)Combing and analysis of the existing packaging forms and packaging technology of the wire coil.Through the investigation and study,understand found that the use of plastic materials for packaging is the main way of wire packing industry,heat shrinkable packaging has obvious advantages,for which research and discussion of the heat shrink wrapping process operation process,the basic principle of wrapping and different wrapping process feasibility study carried out,put forward the use of film to wrap the drum wrapping wire package plan.Compared with the traditional shrink packaging,the package obtained under the packaging process avoids the occurrence of heat sealing seams,and the packaging product is more beautiful and compact,and at the same time saves the amount of shrink film,which is favorable for the display sales of wire coil products,while reducing costs.(2)Typical wire coil automatic wrapping,shrinking packaging technology solutions.Analyze the specification characteristics of wire coils,design the wire coil model and the overall process technology plan for the packaging requirements of such wire coil products.According to the overall plan,designed and analyzed the structure and working principle of the main working process of the wire coil feeding,feeding,transmission,film coating,heat shrinking,and wire coil discharge materials.(3)Completing the above process corresponds to the structural design of the key components of the automatic wrapping packaging machine and the modeling of the 3D virtual prototype based on Solid Works.the wire coil feeding device,the wire coil feeding device,the tube film feeding device,the wire rolling sleeve film wrapping device,the heat shrinking device and the wire coil package discharging device are the key components of the packaging machine that are designed.A three-dimensional virtual prototyping model for automatic wire wrapping machine was established and interference checking was performed to analyze the structural assembly accuracy and optimize it according to the assembly model.(4)Dynamic Simulation and Finite Element Analysis of Key Mechanisms of Automatic Packaging Machines.In the SolidWorks environment,motion and finite element analysis modules are respectively used for Motion and Simulation to perform motion simulation on the material decentralization control mechanism and the film patting device in the material feeding system.Based on the displacement,speed,and other data of the simulation,the wires are graphically verified.The reliability of the overall scheme of the automatic wrapper packaging machine provides a reference for further optimization.
