| In the country today,the modern economy develops rapidly,and the development prospects of particle packaging machinery are very broad,its position in the field of mechanical research is rising year by year.However,during the development of the pellet packaging machinery,some problems will arise,for example,the packaging machine generates a lot of vibration and noise during high speed operation;the main drive system of the packaging machine generates high temperature during working,etc.In addition,domestic particle packaging machines have more obvious gaps than foreign grain packaging machines manufactured using advanced technology,there are some problems,such as low packaging speed,low packaging accuracy,low packaging reliability,and the level of automation and intelligence of packaging machines is relatively low.In response to the above problems in the pellet packaging machine,the DXDK80-Y1 type pellet packaging machine is used as the analysis object,based on the theory of finite element analysis and the theory of kinematics and dynamics,the components in the main drive system of the packaging machine are analyzed,to assess its performance,and use experimental testing methods and theoretical analysis of the combined technology,the packaging machine’s main drive system is analyzed.By analyzing the main drive system of the packaging machine,the impact and vibration generated during the movement can be reduced,which can increase the working speed and reliability of the packaging machine.According to the working characteristics and working principle of DXDK80-Y1 vertical particle packaging machine,the design and selection of various components in the main drive system are carried out.According to the performance requirements of its parts and components,it analyzes the work requirements of the main parts such as distribution shafts and cams,etc,so as to determine the model of the selected parts and conduct structural design of the parts according to their work requirements.According to the working performance of the heat sealing mechanism in the transmission system,the dynamic and thermodynamic analysis of the heat sealing mechanism is carried out,the force and displacement of the main parts and the change of temperature are analyzed.Conduct harmonic response analysis of the distribution shaft in the transmission system,analyze the changes of stress and total deformation of displacement under different frequencies.Because the performance of the main drive system of the packaging machine will affect the packaging machine’s working speed,packaging quality and smooth operation,and so in order to effectively avoid the resonance of the packaging machine and improve the performance of the packaging machine,meanwhile,in order to reduce the vibration phenomenon in the working process of the packaging machine,the vibration analysis of the main drive system of the packaging machine is carried out,resulting in modal analysis of the natural frequency and mode shape under the action of gravitational acceleration and changes in stress and vibration acceleration under a specific acceleration spectrum;the natural frequency,the maximum vibration stress and the maximum vibration acceleration are obtained through the experimental test,and compare them with theoretical calculations results,the error between the two is controlled within a reasonable range and it provides a powerful data reference for the improved design of the packaging machine and the selection of the speed of the drive system.In order to improve the automation of the packaging machine and improve the working speed of the packaging machine,a packaging system of the secondary packaging system is designed.According to the requirements of the work performance of the secondary package system,each part of it is selected and designed,and its control system is also briefly designed.According to the actual operation of the packaging machine’s transmission system,the experimental testing technology is combined with the theoretical calculation method to verify the accuracy of the theoretical calculation,and it provides reference for in-depth improvement of packaging machine design,has important value and significance. |
