Design of cylindrical materials package front-end system had been proposed in this paper,it was for capacitor.Riveting machine of capacitor process model was obtained by used the theory of the conceptual design principle and fuzzy assessment method. The important components of works and structures were selected according to the principle of design, the overall design scheme and the layout and process route were determined in the riveting machine by a variety of project assessment method.Then the riveting machine of capacitor overall three dimensional structure model had been designed.The main contents were summarized as follows:Firstly,the current situation and development trend of packaging machinery and the gap with foreign advanced level of technology were described.The key issues needed to be resolved based on the riveting machine of capacitor the gap between actual demand.Secondly,during the conceptual design phase,the overall structure of the process model and function model of the riveting machine of capacitor had been obtained by analyzed institutions.Used the theory of fuzzy assessment method,the riveting machine riveting device of capacitor structure had been gotten.Thirdly,a variety of designs had been gotten in the overall structure of the stage for the works riveting machine of the capacitor of the core unit and the design project of the machine had ultimately been optimized.Fourthly,through the overall function of the riveting machine of capacitor was decomposed,the punching device,gasket inspection and riveting device features were gained,etc.With the choice of these core workflow and parameters,those core structures had been designed.Finally,according to the principle of these key components and motion and feasibility of the program were proven.
