| The rotation shaft which is the core of the mechanical system is to transfer power,as the torque of the media.since the shaft in the smelting casting,mechanical production process may produce bubbles,non-metallic impurities,scratches,cracks and other defects and subtle,rotation system at high temperature and wet chemical reagent corrosion environment and long-term load imbalance,overload load state,the rotating shaft is easily induced in the early stage of metal fatigue crack damage.Once the crack formed,it will cause an unbalanced load state at the damaged shaft of the rotating shaft.If the shaft damage can not be detected in time,it will lead to the failure of the shaft structure,the fracture of the shaft and serious safety accidents.Therefore,it is of profound significance to improve the safety of production and improve the economic benefits as soon as possible to check the shaft failure and prevent the broken shaft accident.The early diagnosis of shaft damage has been a hot spot of research at home and abroad.The existing diagnostic methods are divided into static off-line detection and dynamic on-line detection.Static offline detection needs to shut down the operation cost,disassemble,low detection efficiency,the application is very limited.The existing dynamic online detection methods have the disadvantages of low detection accuracy,large interference and high equipment cost,which limits the application of dynamic online detection in industrial scenarios.Due to the shortage of existing shaft damage early diagnosis scheme,based on the shaft is an elastic cylinder in the process of strain transfer torque and torsional stiffness are dynamic,this study proposes a crack shaft axis loss on-line fault detection method and model,and the development of the automatic shaft damage detection and corresponding warning system the implementation of the crack shaft damage failure diagnosis and early warning and shaft crack damage identification research.1.Based on torsional mechanics and opening and closing crack model,the influence of crack damage on the stiffness of rotating shaft is studied.The conclusion that the effective section area of rotating shaft is changed and the stiffness of rotating shaft is changed under the condition of rotating shaft is obtained.2.A new method for on-line detection of crack shaft loss fault is proposed,and the theoretical basis for judging the fault degree of the crack shaft loss is given.3.According to the new on-line detection method of crack damage,a corresponding automatic monitoring system experimental platform is built,including: crack shaft failure real-time detection experimental platform,data acquisition platform,host computer data analysis and fault warning platform.And the actual debugging of the system has been carried out to verify the practicabilityand effectiveness of the system.4.To obtain the experimental data for the data processing,the characteristic of K value of the corresponding fault characteristic curve,and realizes the semi simulation analysis and early warning of the cracked shaft damage failure in the automatic monitoring system of experimental platform is developed to verify the feasibility,methods of crack shaft damage failure of new measurement in the online examination.The research in this paper provides a new direction for on-line detection and early warning of shaft failure.It improves the accuracy of detection and recognition of crack axial damage and promotes the development of fault diagnosis technology for crack axial loss. |
