The reliable operation of UHV has been of great concern,however,the 1000 kV power transmission line across the Huaihe River trips frequently in recent years,because of the rampant illegal dredges mobile operation.The security condition of transmission line is too acute.Based on the above analysis,early warning system of Huaihe River Long-span is proposed in this thesis.First,the current status of Huainan City is expounded,which illustrates the necessity of the construction of early warning system.Then the geology,hydrology,and meteorology of Huaihe River Long-span is analyzed,and the single-line and double-line construction plan are introduced.Secondly,based on the design regulation for transmission line,a river warning line method called damping overhead warning line is proposed,in order to achieve the effective block.After that,the tower and the basis match with actual situation are carry on researched.Thirdly,according to the overhead warning line,the research on the early warning system of transmission lines is deployed,combined with the results of natural conditions and advanced video surveillance.The warning system will help prevent crashes adequately by aggravate the alarming function.Finally,the benefit of early warning system implementation is analyzed,from the economic,management and social aspects.Overall,this thesis has not only succeeded in converting conceptual overhead warning line into practical scheme,but also designed the early warning systems of the transmission line,which ensure the safe operation of grid,and prevent external damage effectively.
