As an inexhaustible and pollution-free natural green energy,solar energy has been widely applied,alleviating the serious energy shortage and environmental pollution problems today,and bringing significant economic benefits.In addition to the fixed cost of system equipment,the operation cost of traditional solar hot water project is mainly concentrated on the electricity consumption of electrical control cabinet and pump and other equipment.Under the condition of good sunshine,it can bring long-term and stable economic benefits for the system.But the solar energy is influenced by the uneven geographical distribution,volatile and other environmental factors lead to the benefits of energy saving system is not stable,even may not be able to meet the basic user demand.Heat pump technology as a new energy technology of concern,to obtain low heat energy in air,water or soil,use a small amount of electric energy to do work,transfer to high heat.The solar heat pump system combines solar collector and heat pump technology,and has complementary advantages.How to effectively control the coordination between them and maximize the efficiency of the system is the difficulty of current research.The purpose of this study is to build a complete set of solar heat pump single water tank system,and to design a new controller and an energy-saving optimization control strategy.The main content of the controller's function design is derived from the demand analysis of the controller.In terms of control strategy,the typical control strategy of single tank is analyzed,and based on that,an energy saving optimization control strategy is designed aiming at the lowest cost of the system.The energy saving optimization strategy enables the system to match the best control strategy according to the working conditions and make the best parameter settings,predict the actual operation environment,determine the best time and the number of use groups of the heat pump unit,and improve the efficiency of the solar collector cycle.The shortcomings of the controller are analyzed,and the optimization design of the repeater function is put forward.The feasibility of optimization design is discussed from data acquisition,network communication,database interaction and data processing.In view of the performance optimization or function expansion of the new controller,the concrete implementation scheme is given.Remote update realizes remote monitoring in the real sense of the system,completely rid of the tedious burning on the spot,and break the limitation of time and space.The following tests were performed on the solar heat pump system controller: EMC test to ensure that the controller can run stably;use the sliding rheostat group and signal generator tosimulate the temperature and liquid level,are critical conditions of typical control strategies of the test;from the connectivity test and packet loss rate performance test two test controller in the aspect of network communication;design of experiment to get data from the server operating system,and carries on the analysis proof.The results show that the energy saving optimization control strategy can effectively improve the efficiency of the system energy saving.
