Solar energy as a kind of green energy is an abundant natural resource.Reasonable application can produce significant economic and environmental benefit.When the weather is fine,the running cost of solar hot water system is limited to the small amount of operating electricity on controller and pumps.However,energy flow density is low and resources are distributed,the solar energy utilization is influenced by the climate environment.Heat pump consumes only a little electrical energy and transfers low temperature heat to high temperature heat source from air and soil.It is only required to the low conditions.It can supple heat for the tank and the stable water temperature for consumers.The integration of solar energy and heat pump in heating system can give full play to the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection.Nowadays,how to achieve the effective control to solar energy and heat pump,and reach the maximum of saving energy are the difficulty of the study in the case of meeting the needs of users.The research aims to design a new type of controller and the feasible strategy of saving energy for multiple solar heat pump water heater system.Based on the building of hot water system,the optimal control model with the lowest total system cost is establish,including the target function and control flow in the model.An optimal control strategy of saving energy is obtained through the analysis of the optimal control model.And the controller with strong extensibility and abundant function is developed.Then the working principle and function of the controller are analyzed in detail.Based on the thought of configuration interface and modular design,complete the main interface and function window,real-time data display and storage,fault alarm and processing,remote monitoring and configuration,and the output lock of the switch.Based on the study of multiple solar heat pump water heater system and control requirements,water pump,valve and the control strategy unit in the hot water system are tested.By adjusting the input of resistance to simulate the all kinds of temperature and liquid level value,observe the operation of the pump and valve in the controller,and analyze the test results.By building the standard dual water tank hot water system,run and test the multiple solar heat pump water heater system.And the control performance of the controller with common solar water heater system and the controller with the optimal control strategy is tested respectively.The results show that the use of the controller with control strategy of saving energy can significantly improve the utilization of solar energy.Through the quantitative analysis of the data,study the economic benefit and environmental protection of multiple solar heat pump water heater system.
