Our country is the large agricultural nation, is also big water conservancy, waterconservancy in national economic development plays a decisive role. Countries inthe"12th Five-Year Plan" put forward to want to build new rural area, strengthen ruralsafe drinking water project construction, and vigorously promote the centralized watersupply in rural areas.At present, many of the centralized pumping station operationefficiency low, is still in a relatively backward state, mainly rely on manual operationand the operation procedures, has low degree of automation, reliability is not high, thelabor intensity of workers, serious waste of resources and other defects, does not fit theneed of modern development. Especially in our country broad and a mountainous area,because of the geographical restrictions, pumping stations and water separated bydistance, increases the monitoring difficulty.This topic in rural water supply are in urgent need of centralized application,design a remote water pump controller, the embedded microcontroller controller formonitoring and control of pump station, and through the wireless communicationtechnology for data transmission. In this thesis, the main research contents to completethe following:Firstly, in the design period, research the various provinces and cities ofcentralized water supply pump running condition. A detailed understanding of thepumping station water supply system process of pumping station hope, problems to besolved. The controller determines the final demand plan.Secondly, after determining the demand plan, by consulting a great deal ofpumping station operation and management of technical information, reference,combining the knowledge of pump control and detection of the technical key anddifficulty, to determine the controller technology feasible scheme.Thirdly, using PIC MCU as the controller to the module core processing unit,design principles include the independent, interface, function diversificationdiversification, performance stability and cost economy, completed a core processingmodule, CPU plate, wireless communication module and water level telemetry modulehardware circuit design.Fourthly, according to the hardware circuit design the software architecture, usinga structured and ehierarchical design enhancement system software scalability, specific module program flow diagram. Completed the module internal communication protocol,each functional module programming, debugging and optimization, finally completedthe whole pump controller software design.Fifthly, with the industry standard for water pump controller have been rigorouslytested, and long term simulation test.In this thesis, remote controller of a water pump has the advantages of highreliability, good stability, easy operation, low running cost, convenient debugging andmaintenance. The test data shows that the controller fully meets the requirements ofspecification. Finally the controller operate in Guizhou, Sichuan, Chongqing and otherpump stations, which has obtained the good benefits and further verified the feasibilityand the reliability.The successful design of the work of the subject and the controllerhas the important practical significance in rural centralized water supply pumpingstation automation production safety and national implementation of the "12thFive-Year Plan".
