Rivers are the origin of human civilization.Humans settled along rivers.Rivers play an important role in constructing ecological landscapes, maintaining ecological balance, and forming regional river culture. However, with the development of human civilization,a series of river environments problems have gradually been exposed. Therefore, the restoration of river ecosystems and the restoration of river wetlands are inevitable trends of the times. This article takes the nature as the starting point, discusses how to carry out the planning and design of the river wetland park from the point of view of river ecological restoration, minimizes the unfavorable interference of human behavior on the river's ecological environment, and maximizes the beneficial effects of human behavior on the environment.I summarized wetlands, river wetlands, and wetland parks, and summarized the near-naturalization,summarizing the research progress on the near-naturalization of rivers at home and abroad. At the same time,an in-depth study and analysis of the planning and design strategies for near-naturalization of rivers was conducted in conjunction with examples.Based on the above research and analysis, the process and planning design principles for the creation of a near-naturalized river wetland park were summarized, and the strategies for the planning and design of the near-naturalized river wetland park were emphatically discussed.Based on the actual site, the Perfume River section of the Wuhai Island National Wetland Park in Weihai,Shandong Province is selected. In this paper, the Weihai Perfume River Wetland Park is planned to be constructed.Closer to nature, improving ecological and landscape functions.
