| In the frozen quarters,asphalt pavements are subject to aging due to various external factors during use.Ultraviolet rays have an irreparable aging effect on organic matters,which affects the road performance of the asphalt mixture.According to the weather characteristics of the frozen quarter,the asphalt pavement is also subject to aging by freeze-thaw cycles,and the road performance of the asphalt pavement,especially low temperature The performance has a serious impact and severely reduces the service life of the asphalt pavement.In order to study the effect of freeze-thaw cycle and ultraviolet aging on the low temperature performance of asphalt mixture,this paper selects the matrix and SBS modified AC-16 asphalt mixture to simulate the freezing of asphalt pavement during the course of its use.By melting and circulating,the self-made ultraviolet aging test box was used to simulate the aging of the asphalt mixture under the effect of solar ultraviolet rays,and the artificial freeze-thaw cycle of the asphalt mixture and the ultraviolet aging test were completed.After the asphalt mixture finishes artificial UV aging and freezing and thawing cycles,the asphalt mixture cold bending test and the uniaxial compression test of the asphalt mixture are performed.Evaluate asphalt mixing from flexural strength,maximum bending strain,bending stiffness modulus,bending strain energy density,compressive strength,compressive strain and compressive strain energy density,compressive rebound modulus,and Poisson’s ratio.The low temperature properties of the material after aging.The experimental results show that the low-temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt mixture is better than that of the base asphalt mixture as a whole.After the freeze-thaw cycles and UV aging of the mixture,each index has a significant change.Comprehensive analysis of trabecular bending test and uniaxial compression test,strain index and strain energy index are suitable to evaluate the low temperature performance of asphalt mixture.The compressive rebound modulus of SBS modified asphalt mixture is larger than that of matrix asphalt mixture,and the Poisson’s ratio of SBS modified asphalt mixture is larger than that of matrix asphalt mixture as a whole. |
