In recent years,wind power generation is developing rapidly,modern wind power generation technology is becoming more and more mature,and the pre-planning and development of wind farm has received more and more attention.Wind turbine layout is one of the key problems in the micro-location of wind farms.Wind turbine layout scheme will directly affect the utilization of wind resources and land resources and the economic benefits of wind farm.How to find the optimal arrangement of wind turbines in the given wind resource and a limited area of land and make it possible to minimize the cost of generating electricity and effective use of wind and land resources while maximizing wind power generation capacity.It is a problem that needs further study.The paper takes a wind farm in the Anning valley in the southwestern region as the research object.The optimization objective is to maximize the power generation of wind farm and minimize the influence of wake flow,a mathematical model based on improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is established to study the optimization of wind power generation system.The main work is as follows:(1)Collecting the wind-measuring data of the constructed wind farms and analyzing it,and understanding the wind speed,wind direction,wind energy,turbulent intensity and other data of the wind farm;(2)Understanding the theoretical basis and solution method of Meteodyn WT of wind resources CFD software,and calculate the wind data of the selected wind farm by using the Meteodyn WT software,then obtain the parameters of wind speed,wind direction,turbulence intensity and generating capacity of all positions in the wind farm.Then the terrain model of wind farm is established by numerical method.;(3)A mathematical model based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)is established to optimize the location of the wind turbine,which takes the maximum power generation of the wind farm and the small wake effect as the optimization objective.The research results show that the theoretical generation capacity after optimizing the layout of wind turbines is increased by 5.58%,which can provide some reference for the wind turbine position layout in the future,and the research results can also be applied to the planning and design of other wind farms.
