Magnetically coupling resonant wireless power transmission technology enables efficient transmission of power in the middle distance,and the frequency tracking technology can automatically lock the frequency and avoids long-running system and detuning problem.In order to study on wireless power transfer system via magnetic resonance coupling with frequency Tracking,based on the theory of magnetic resonant coupling,this paper establishes the circuit model of resonance system,at the meanwhile,this paper calculates and studies the relationship between load power,transmission efficiency,loop current as well as the input power and system characteristic including the resonant frequency,load resistance and mutual inductance between each coil.Then through Matlab simulation to study the impact on transmission characteristics from transmitting and receiving inductance value,Voltage excitation frequency,transmission distance and load,and select the transmitting and receiving coil inductance optimal range of 60-80 uH,verify the 1MHz for the optimum excitation frequency and transmission distance of 20 cm at the best.Hereafter this paper selects class E amplifier circuit as the main high frequency power supply topology and the power supply are calculated,designed and simulated by Saber.At last based on the research of the frequency tracking control system,using the phase lock chip 74HC4046 designs a wireless power transfer system via magnetic resonance coupling with frequency tracking,that the resonant frequency is 1MHz,frequency lock range is 100 KHz,the best transmission distance is 20 cm,the transmission power is 100 W and the transmission efficiency is more than 90%.Finally this paper carries on the experimental verification,the results show that experiments is consistent with theoretical analysis and simulation.
