The sampling of chemical pollutants is an important part in the field of chemical detection.It collects the samples in the from of gas,liquid and solidity that are polluted by all kinds of chemical,poisonous and harmful materials from the complicated environment such as battle field or chemical rescue to assist the other chemical detection equipment for further identification.Portable chemical pollution automatic sampling system is a field sampling equipment.To make the system function the automatic pollutant sampling properly and to reduce the size of the system for easy carry are the main problems that need to be solved in the development of this system.This paper researched the realization of automatic sampling of chemical pollutants from the following aspects: firstly,to analyze the samples of the chemical pollutants and to have an adsorption on the special ingredients so as to make the systematic sampling plan;secondly,to confirm the working principle of the gas-liquid loop sampling,to analyze the key problems and find the solutions to the problems in the design process of sampling gas-liquid loop and to have a own design of the special equipment needed by the sampling gas-liquid loop;thirdly,to choose the sampling pump of the system through multiple set of sample flow test to build the trial system of the sampling gas-liquid loop to analyze the effects of air-resistor and buffer room on the flow of gas-liquid loop so as to design the buffer room and find out the proper air-resistor;fourthly,to design the hardware of the control system based on modularization according to the sampling requirement with the result of dividing it into power module,the flow measurement unit and the main control module,to design and adjust each parts of the module,and to analyze the realization of the anti-interference of the hardware;fifthly,to use C language to design the control system,to design and adjust the precise of sampling of the system through flow measurement unit software and to apply sampling data authenticity of automatic identification software to determine the authenticity of sampling data,the property of software design and system function;at last,with the reference of handbook,to have a calculation of reliability design of the control system through reliability modeling,the reliability allocation and reliability prediction to judge whether it meets the requirements of system reliability,meanwhile to design structure of the sampling box including the upper part box the lower part box to meet the request of sampling system being portable with reasonable layout.In accordance with the requirements for system development,the research has completed the development of the portable chemical pollutants automatic sampling system prototype which realizes the automatic sampling of gas,liquid pollution and solid pollution.The whole system is sealed in the box which is easy to carry,bring convenience for the sampling of different chemical pollutants.
