The Studying And Manufacturing Of Automatic Micro-liquid Sampling Equipment

Aimed at domestic Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer's automatic micro-liquid sampling demands, this paper designs and manufactures a sort of equipment based on automatic micro-liquid sampling, which is used to suck and release sample accurate quantitatively.This article establishes automatic micro-liquid sampling equipment overall design program, and analyzes the ability to meet the design requirements' precision targets. According to the theory analysis, error analysis to find ways of error compensation to reduce and eliminate the error Routes, and forecasts the possible accuracy of the design, and verifies by tests, and the result satisfies the requirements of the designed function and precision. The result of this study can be applied to deduce the cost of importing Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer' s spare parts greatly.
