Based on the study of liquid rocket engine, set out from engineering practicality, combine the structure technique performance and guideline of liquid rocket engine, this paper using theory knowledge and correlative software to design and analysis the structure reliability of liquid rocket engine.This paper contains mainly the following three aspects:The first part investigates the present situation of structure reliability analyze in and abroad, some measures are putting forward to improve the structure reliability of liquid rocket engine.In the second part, aimed at the structure traits of the liquid rocket engine, theory study of structural reliability is carried. First, the reliability experiment data is analyzed and disposed; then the structure reliability of liquid rocket engine is estimated and assigned, third, the structure reliability of liquid rocket engine is optimized; finally, The pyramid model is used to evaluate the unitary structural reliability of liquid rocket engine.The third part contains an example of examine the structure reliability of liquid rocket engine. The example contains: fault analysis, using failure mode effect analysis to determine the fault in nature, then using fault tree analysis to fix the fault; data processing, based on the result of malfunction analysis, different types of original data and simulating data is disposed, small sample data and zero-failure data is also disposed; reliability estimate and assign, choosing appropriate model and different methods is used to estimate the reliability of the system, then different techniques are choose to deal with the estimate data to distribute the reliability; reliability optimize, based on the estimate and distribute data to optimize the structure reliability of the mass and cost of the liquid rocket engine; integration appraise, the evaluate criterion of the reliability of rocket engine-abate efficiency, reliability, longevity and so on are obtained using pyramid model.
