With the continuous development of the economy and the continuous improvement of the social standard,more and more construction projects appear in the form of cluster,which causes the enterprises to face the challenge of construction project group management.High levels of parallelism and complex resource requirements in various projects within the project group are prone to resource conflicts.The rational allocation of resources will directly affect the overall benefits of the project group.Therefore,resource conflict is a key issue that companies urgently need to solve.This paper studied the problem of resource conflict in the project group,discussed the way to optimize the bottleneck resources which restrict the successful implementation of the project during the operation of the project group,to maxmize the overall efficiency of the project group,to coordinate the time of the use of resources maximizing,from the perspectives resources and contract management.This paper analyzed the research situation of project group management and resource optimization allocation at home and abroad.On this basis,first of all,the project group and its management theory were systematically expounded,the concept,characteristics and project group management concepts and characteristics of the project group were combed.Secondly,the causes of the resource conflict in the project group were introduced,the necessity of optimizing the allocation of the bottleneck resources was put forward,and the optimization of the current resource optimization was also introduced and compared.The common method of configuration.The theoretical foundation was established for the study of this paper.In order to rationally configure the bottleneck resources,the optimal allocation model of multi objective bottleneck resource allocation was constructed,and the multi objective particle swarm optimization model with simple theory and small parameter dependence was used to solve the model.The theoretical basis of the multi-objective particle swarm optimization is introduced..Secondly,the relative importance of the existing items in the project groups was studied,and a comprehensive evaluation system of project value based on the Balanced Scorecard idea was proposed,and the priority of each project was determined by using the fuzzy Borda number method based on the grid.Combining the actual case,the feasibility of the fuzzy Borda number to solve the project priority was verified,and the optimal resource allocation scheme was solved by using the intelligent calculation process of the multi-objective particle algorithm,which realizes the strategic goal of maximizing the overall benefit of the project group,and embodied the practical application value of the paper.The feasibility of determining the priority of the project group was verified,and the effectiveness of solving the bottleneck resource optimization allocation problem of the project group was solved through the model.
