Construction industry is one of the important development trends of modern building technology.Compared with the cast-in-place concrete structure, precast concrete structure has the advantages of factory production, less wet operation, faster construction speed and save more energy, which has a very good prospect. But the current research for the theory of precast concrete structure has some problems, based on this,This article puts forward a new type of beam column assembled joints and makes researches on its mechanical properties according to the relevant information at home and abroad, using theoretical analysis, finite element analysis and experiment methods.Based on the comparisons and analysis of several existing practical engineering assembled joints, this paper presents a new type of assembled beam column assembled joints,The members of the joints are made into individual products according to full scale, and then connected by splicing and lapping. All the members in the the beams and columns are prefabricated. The bolt hole, perforated with the steel pipe,is reserved for the T-end of the beam and the column above the corbel. The beam flange is partially attached with the compression plate which has a hole reserved for the corresponding position.Eight grade 10.6 bolts are connected through the beam flange, column and steel plate, and finally fixed with nuts. This new type of dry semi-rigid connection overcomes the shortcomings of traditional welding construction, which is complicated, restricted with weather conditions and prone to brittle destruction. It has the advantages of factory production, less wet work on site, fast construction speed, saving energy and so on.Firstly,it's carrying out the theoretical analysis of the joints. The parameters of the joint are designed preliminary according to the design principles and the accepting mechanisms,The load of the joint is estimated,Then check the sections of beams, columns and the bolts. The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to compare the new type of assembly semi-rigid joints with the traditional cast-in-place integral joints. The single static load and low cycle reciprocating load are applied on the models of the new type joints and the traditional joints respectively,The stress cloud diagram,load-displacement curve,load-displacement curve, bearing capacity, hysteresis curve, skeleton curve and energy dissipation capacity of joints under single static load are analyzed. The new assembled semi-rigid joints have higher strength and stronger deformation capacity than the traditional cast-in-place integral joints. Finally, this paper proposes an improved scheme for the new assembled semi-rigid joints, and gives the sketch of the scheme and the size suggestions, which lays a foundation for the next research direction.
