| In the process of urban construction,the rapid urbanization usually leads to the change of the ground surface conditions,and then destroys the hydrological mechanism of the natural state.The traditional rainwater rapid drainage mode has been unable to meet the needs of urban sustainable development.Deterioration of water environment,intensified risk of waterlogging,serious runoff pollution and loss of rainwater resources are beginning to appear.The news of the waterlogging in the residential area is also common,which has brought great obstacles to the citizens’ travel and life.In recent years,the Low Impact Development(LID),which is the core idea of "source governance and decentralized development",has been gradually researched and implemented in China.At present,under the advocating of sponge City,our country has made obvious achievements in promoting the theory of low impact development.However,there is still a lack of in-depth research on facility layout planning,scheme optimization and evaluation.The residential area occupies a large proportion in the urban construction land,and plays an important role.The low impact development construction of residential area can make rainwater recycle in the area of residential area.The transportation mode of "rainwater-runoff-rainwater pipeline" is changed to "rainfall-detention storage-utilization" mode.It will also play an important guiding role in the management of rainwater in the city.In this paper,setting the Shenyang Jincheng residential area as the research object,In the analysis of low impact for development in residential areas and the Jincheng settlements on the basis of present situation of rainwater utilization,carry out the design of the low impact development and construction of the residential area.It defines the development contents of low impact development in residential areas,proposes the optimization process of low impact development facilities layout,and builds optimization models based on layout principles and essentials.Then use S WMM to simulate the construction of the Jincheng stormwater management model,and three kinds of low impact development facilities layout detailed simulation,and through the data analysis of the comprehensive energy efficiency program.Finally,analyze the expert score through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the scheme index,and the optimal scheme is calculated by the mathematical model.Based on the advanced concepts and practical experience at home and abroad,combined with the specific situation of urban development in China,this study constructs the optimization process and scheme comparison model of low impact development facility layout from the specific characteristics of the research object.The results will play a guiding role in solving the low impact development and construction of residential areas in China,and have certain theoretical and practical value for rainwater management in the process of urbanization in China. |
