| In the past ten years,the term "sponge city" has frequently entered the public’s field of vision,from step-by-step theoretical research on it by experts and scholars at all levels to the design of the construction industry and landscape industry from theory to practical related design.Why "sponge city" can quickly become the focus of the entire industry and even the whole country,mainly because the speed of urbanization is accelerating,and the city has a large number of water environment problems,which has caused the country to attach great importance to it and put forward the concept of ecological civilization development.At the same time,residents The requirements for the quality of the living environment are becoming higher and higher,and the water environment in residential areas has been placed in an important position.This paper studies the design theory and methods of residential areas in the context of sponge cities,and takes actual projects as examples to verify them through scientific means.First,this article studies the relevant concepts and theories of sponge city construction at home and abroad,and analyzes their practical application in the construction of residential areas.At the same time,it analyzes the actual construction cases,draws their advantages and disadvantages,and summarizes their lessons for reference,Finally,taking the "garden" residential area in Kunming as an example,a sponge city design plan was proposed,and five types of sponge city technical measures were set up in the residential area,namely green roof,sunken green land,rain garden,grass ditch and permeable shop.According to the actual situation of the site,local climatic conditions,and rainfall conditions,these five technical facilities are reasonably arranged in the residential area,not only to build independent rainwater management measures,but also to build an overall sponge system in conjunction with the landscape to create a The sponge system of the site’s rainwater management conditions can also create a diverse landscape space for residents.During the design,the SWMM model was used to build a simulation model of the site’s rainwater pipe network system to simulate the change of rainwater runoff during rainfall in the site.Analyze and study the changes,and finally obtain the advantages of sponge city technical facilities in regulating rainwater runoff.The results of the analysis clearly show that,without the technical facilities of the sponge city,the total annual runoff control rate of the system in the entire study area is 55.1%,which does not meet the relevant regulations of Kunming City,and a large part of the pipeline network is fully loaded.phenomenon.After setting up sponge city technical facilities such as green roofs,sunken green spaces,planting ditches,rain gardens,and permeable pavements,a simulation analysis was conducted again.The results showed that after the sponge city technical facilities were installed,the total annual system runoff in the study area The control rate is 95.3%,which exceeds the relevant regulations of Kunming City.At the same time,there is no serious overloading at each node of the drainage pipeline network in the study area.This can scientifically prove that the sponge city technology can effectively reduce regional rainwater runoff and reduce waterlogging disasters.occur. |
