| Water supply pipe network management and maintenance of urban water supply pipe network is the basis for the construction of smart city,which is essential for modern cities.The development of the maintenance management system can not only manage,update and maintenance network information,but also can provide accurate and real-time network information to make macro decision for Water Service Company and management department,which can realize the dynamic management of the water supply network to provide strong technical support for safe operation of underground lifeline.Based on the background of water supply network management system development project in Heze Shandong province,the problems faced by the water supply network and the development of pipe network are analyzed firstly,we put forward the solution based on GIS technology,design principle and design scheme of given water supply network operation and maintenance management system.The system is adopting C/S,B/S and mobile terminal with the mode of development,which make the basic framework for building operation and maintenance management system of water supply network.The physical data model is used to manage the spatial data of the system.The Oracle database is used to manage the attribute data and the spatial data model is used to improve the efficiency of the ArcSDE.In addition to the basic function,this paper focuses on the study on pipeline inspection and tube explosion problems.According to pipe network inspection characteristics,this paper will design inspection plan to issue inspection tasks and arrange patrol inspection as well as real-time monitoring and management.For the problem of tube bursting,the code design of depth first order calendar is presented,which can efficient search tube section,pipe impact nodes and close the valve.It can improve to rescue and repair capacity quickly at the time of the accident.The actual operation shows that the system can meet the actual demand of the water sector,the system module in the secondary development realize between the low coupling and high cohesion,ensure good performance of system operation and maintenance,and the same time,the development of the city and the construction of intelligent city have certain basic significance. |
