| Along with the rapid development of urban construction, more and more cities concern on the transformation of traditional urban construction and the expansion of modern urban construction nowadays. That is, the network of water pipe is becoming more and more complex, The network accelerated continuously with the larger pipe system and the more data analysis. Once the leak detection could not be found and repaired, it causes the serious waste of water resource, so traditional model is far short of what will be needed in future operation. At present, it is fairly common that using computer information analysis to manage the pipe network facility. However, this management model cannot manage the facility to achieve the purpose of reducing pipe leakage rate. So it is necessary to develop the more scientific management scheme to save water and detect leak.This thesis will firstly outlines the existed problems of water supply system, the second is to make the certain research in the water supply enterprise, defining the requirement of the whole pipe system management, and functional requirement can be implemented to design and develop the comprehensively complete system. At this time modular design thought could be used to divide the whole system into several parts, it is convenient for people to make the design and development for different parts separately. This system works with C/S structure, and its development is based on component GIS. More specifically, the data of whole water supply network can be classified to geographic information data and attribute information data through component GIS, and these two data categories can be combined as the form of map through GIS technology. In general,the whole system has three modules, pipe network data module, round-inspection module and pipe burst analysis module. The management module of pipe network data realized the use of GIS technology, origin data imports into the system, map data of pipe network processes the data and map system presents details. This process shows the characteristic of GIS technology and the characteristic is that GIS technology makes the search function and statistic function graphically. The other point is the round-inspection, the round-inspection module firstly screens the facility of system and makes the round-inspection plan, the round-inspection plan need to be submitted and audited to guide the daily round-inspection operation. The last is pipe burst analysis module, when pipe explosion accident occurs, the burst analysis module can make the valve-closing scheme rapidly and search out the corresponding area of water supply stoppage. The scheme making is based on pipe network structure and the flow direction.Overall, the management model of water supply system is different from traditional model. That is, this management scheme can help manager detecting the pipe leak timely and repairing the leakage accident rapidly. In brief, this system integrates water conservation and leak detection into management scheme. |
