The connection of slurry anchor is one of the vertical joint forms in prefabricated concrete structures,and is also a hot topic in domestic and overseas research.Of prefabricated concrete structure at home and abroad in the pulp sleeve anchor reinforcement anchorage performance research is more,and the influence factors of most of the research focused on the steel bar diameter,anchorage length and the strength grade of concrete,and in practical engineering,there are a lot of important factors to consider.For the study of prefabricated concrete column and foundation or slurry column and column bond anchorage behavior of anchor connection,this paper puts forward a kind of embedded metal corrugated pipe with high strength grouting material after insert rebar connection mode,and for a variety of experimental study on the factors which influence and result analysis,specific content is as follows:(1)Explore embedded metal corrugated pipe have preset anchor reinforcement of two kinds of pulp insert the influence factors of the anchorage performance of reinforced connection mode,experimental study on the anchorage performance,design the 55 group a total of 110 pulp anchor reinforcement drawing specimen,set up different bar diameter d,corrugated sleeve diameter d,anchorage length la and reinforcement to the edge of artifacts from C as test parameters.The experimental results are compared and analyzed,and some Suggestions are given for the anchorage length in the connection mode of two slurry anchor bars.(2)According to the Chinese code for design of concrete structures(GB50010-2010),American standard ACI 318-11,American ACI 318 m-05 and European standard Eurocode 2(2004)calculated by anchor length and lap length are conservative values,are far more than the test of mechanical pulp anchor steel yield strength and tensile strength of the anchorage length.(3)The anchorage length and the reliability of the anchorage length are further analyzed in two different connection modes.Reliable indicator for the test data is calculated and the corresponding failure probability,and evaluate its reliability,consideration is given to the structure reliability and safety factors of embedded metal corrugated pipe grouting anchor reinforced by anchor length and lap length,for practical engineering services.
