| During the entire life cycle of the building,the construction period takes longer and costs more.With the rapid economic growth of the country,the construction structure is more and more complex and the styles are diversified,which makes project management more difficult,how to find a new method to guide the project construction management has become the new research direction.In recent years,along with the adjustment of the country ’ s industrial structure,the construction industry began to transform and upgrade,MOHURD began to promote construction informatization,which made BIM technology in the country began to receive more attention,in particular,the issuance of the Ministry’s notice on the development plan for the construction industry during the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period and the implementation of the country’s first BIM application standard,BIM application began to spread nationwide.At present,BIM5 D technology is the latest technology after BIM technology development and upgrading,it not only features the visualization,simulation and coordination of BIM technology,but also integrates the information of cost and time.Just during the construction process,the project management also involves cost management and schedule management,which allows the two to be combined in some degree.Through the new technical means to guide the management of the construction stage,the management ability of the enterprise is promoted,and the cost of management is reduced.Therefore,the application of BIM5 D technology to the construction process has a certain value for the management of the construction process.This paper studies from the following aspects:First of all,through the in-depth study of the schedule planning process,schedule optimization steps and cost control methods in the traditional management,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the progress optimization and cost control of the traditional construction management.In view of the existing problems,through the research of BIM technology,this paper analyzes the value advantages of BIM technology in schedule management and cost management.Secondly,this paper analyzes how BIM5 D is combined with construction management,and studies a set of overall framework systems for BIM5 D construction management applications,and deeply studies the depth grade division of model design,component information attribute,file naming rule,BIM data interface and the construction of BIM5 D model in the organization architecture;Furthermore,through in-depth study of the BIM5 D application system,this paper analyzes how the project is applied in the BIM5 D construction based on the BIM5 D application system.Combining BIM5 D technology with the traditionalscheduling method,a new scheduling method based on BIM5 D is developed;According to the content of schedule management and cost management,BIM5 D technology is combined with the theory of earned value management of dynamic monitoring of cost to explore a new set of cost dynamic monitoring process.Combining the BIM5 D technology with the progress-cost optimization theory,this paper explore a new set of progress optimization process.In addition,the application achievements of BIM5 D platform in other areas are also analyzed.Finally,through the study of specific cases,this paper analyzes the achievements of the new method of BIM5 D cost control and schedule optimization in practical engineering applications,and verifies the feasibility of the new method. |
