Research On Cost Control Of Construction Stage Based On BIM5D Technology

The construction industry in China has always been higher cost with poor management.The traditional cost management model has not been able to meet the growing modern management needs.As deepening application of BIM technology in the construction phase of cost management,BIM5 D technology not only continues the construction simulation and information coordination of projects,but also introduces two dimensions of cost and progress to guide the management of construction phase and improve the cost efficiency of enterprises.This article has done the following research by reading a large number of references:(1)By analyzing the background of the topic focusing on the main methods and existing problems of traditional construction cost management,and then BIM5 D technology is introduced,By studying its characteristics and cost control advantages in construction projects.The feasibility and inevitability of BIM5 D technology for cost management application in construction phase is proved.(2)Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to analyze the various factors that should be considered in constructing indicators from three aspects: policy environment,technical measures and organization management.The content contained in each indicator further builds a secondary indicator system,and elaborates on the main contents of the top ten indicators in the secondary indicator system,and obtains the sequence of the weights of the influencing factors,eliminating the interference of human factors,the factors affecting the cost management of BIM5 D technology in the construction phase were determined more scientific.The cost control in the implementation process of BIM5 D in construction project and the construction management application organization system are built,the warning threshold is set based on the combination of the Earned-value Management theory in BIM5 D technology and traditional cost control,and early warning and prediction model of the dynamic construction with cost-progress monitoring is created.(3)Combined with practical engineering examples,the effectiveness of BIM5 D technology in the dynamic control of construction cost is verified.Analyzing the specific Which fully proves that BIM5 D technology can achieve better economic benefits and management effectiveness through cost management in the construction stage,thus promoting the effective application of BIM5 D technology among construction enterprises.
