Research On Cost Management In Construction Phase Of BIM5D

In recent years,China’s economic development has gradually entered a new normal.With the rapid development of urbanization and infrastructure construction,the development of the engineering construction industry has become more and more mature.The competition among construction companies in the new economic situation will be more intense around the core competitiveness of engineering management.In today’s construction industry with the concept of modern information management,the traditional architectural management model and cost management concept can no longer meet the needs of development.In the bottleneck of the development of this construction industry,the Building Information Model(BIM)came into being.BIM technology is widely regarded by the construction industry as one of the most efficient scientific tools for project cost management.Therefore,how to combine BIM5D technology with advanced engineering management concepts to improve the cost management level during the construction phase of the project and become an industrial upgrading of the construction industry.At present,there are not many construction cases using BIM5D technology,and there are still problems such as non-standard model establishment and insufficient level of refinement.Through detailed literature review,this paper analyzes the reasons why BIM5D technology can not be effectively used in cost management during the project construction phase,and formulates corresponding solutions according to the identified problems,forming ideas and processes that can guide the practical application of the project,thus making BIM5D technology It plays a beneficial role in project cost management and promotes the improvement of cost management level during the construction phase of the project.Therefore,the main research work completed in this paper is as follows:(1)Apply BIM5D technology to construction stage cost management.First,analyze and elaborate on traditional cost management,and point out the problems.In view of the problems that traditional cost management methods cannot solve,BIM5D technology is introduced to find a solution to the cost problem at the level of dynamic systems.Then by comparing the management results of the two cost management methods,it is found that BIM5D has good applicability in solving cost management problems.(2)Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the importance ranking and analysis of BIM5D influencing factors are carried out.According to the results of BIM5D project cost management,analyze its advantages and disadvantages.When evaluating BIM5D technology,investigate and collect many reasons that affect the use of technology,build impact index system,and use AHP to find the most important factors affecting BIM5D technology.(3)Based on the BIM5D construction phase cost management implementation plan.According to the relevant influencing factors,the cost management organization,operation process and system design based on BIM5D are constructed,and the cost management solution for the project construction phase is proposed for the corresponding factors.(4)Implementation of cost management plan for construction phase based on BIM5D.Taking a university engineering training center project as an example,BIM5D is applied to the example to analyze its cost management utility.Firstly,based on the actual project,the project is based on the BIM5D model.Then,the detailed implementation process of the BIM5D system in the cost control process is described.The important role of BIM5D technology in the cost management of the construction phase is analyzed.
