Spectrometer is an optical instrument that takes both spectroscopy and imaging technology into consideration.Because of the bulky,expensive,and inconvenient to carry,the spectrometer is limited in its application range.With the improvement of processing technology and market application requirements,micro It has become a trend in the development of spectrometers.This article mainly analyzes and elaborates the Czerny-Turner optical structure spectrometer based on plane grating.In terms of optical design,based on the aberration theory,combined with geometric optics,a feedback optimization process for the selection of spectrometer component parameters was proposed,and the design flow of the system was given.Tolerance analysis of the optical system was performed and miniaturization was achieved high resolution system design.For wide-band astigmatism,a two-sided cylindrical mirror is proposed as a collimating mirror to replace the traditional spherical mirror structure.The parameters are selected by theoretical analysis.For stray light affecting the imaging analysis of optical systems,this article classifies the complex stray light in the spectrometer according to the cause.At the same time,it proposes optical and structural suppression methods for different stray light,especially for-1 stray light.Improved optical traps with parabolic structure and comparative analysis of light traps in traditional fence structures show that the improved stray light suppression capability of the improved structure is even better.In the development of miniature spectrometer prototypes,comprehensive consideration was given to electronic circuit design,mechanical structure design,software architecture design,etc.,and prototype development was completed.The basic concept of wavelength calibration is briefly introduced,and some methods of verifying the performance of the instrument by wavelength calibration are proposed.
