The cold end equipment and its system of stream turbine can be regarded as an important part of thermal power unit.And its mode of operation directly impacts on the economy efficiency of the unit.Therefore,the research of the running operation mode of the cold end equipment is of great significance.Based on the search and study of abundant research achievements from domestic and overseas,I profoundly made some theoretical analysis and researches on the performance of condenser plant.And then I came up with the cold end optimization.The cold end optimization: under certain boundary conditions,I took the circulating water flow as a variable function and considered the difference between increment of unit power and that of power consumption of cold end equipment as object function.And then I observed and found the maximum value of the target function.Finally,I determined the best running parameter and mode of cold end equipment.And also,based on constant flow method,I put forward the building of the function of unit power and back pressure and that of power consumption of cold end equipment,circulating water flow and back pressure as well as the establishment of mathematical model of cold end optimization.I used constant water volume method to conduct an industrial experiment on cold end equipment with a 600 MW unit.And the experimental results showed that the heat loss of optimized unit is averagely reduced by about 50KJ/(kW·h)than that of pre-optimized unit.And the power consumption rate is reduced by about 2g/(kW·h).To test back pressure correction,I came up with correction of initial parameters deviated from the “benchmark”,and at the same time that of test back pressure.And I gave correcting methods.To operate cold end optimization of different inlet temperature of circulating water,I put forward the replacement test method with calculation method.The feasibility of the calculation method is verified by industrial test.And it reduces test times and shortens test period.
