The double-fed wind turbines dominate the wind turbines that have been put into production.The transmission chain structure is complex and has always been the area where the wind turbines have mechanical failure.Vibration signal as a carrier of fault information of transmission chain,how to effectively extract the information that can reflect the working state of transmission chain is of great significance for fault diagnosis.In order to improve the long-term safe and stable operation of wind turbine generators,this topic is based on the vibration analysis method,and studies the fault feature extraction and fault diagnosis technology of wind turbine generators.The main research content is as follows:First of all,in view of the complex fault phenomena occurring in the current stage of wind power generation,the structure and typical faults of the transmission chain of wind turbines are studied in depth,and the causes and manifestations of the specific faults are studied in depth.The joint development with the Key Laboratory of Inner Mongolia University of Technology has been developed.A CMS system was created and prototypes were made for testing and commissioning.The development of this system mainly includes the detailed introduction to the design of vibration signal conditioning circuit and network service subsystem,wind farm monitoring center,expert analysis and diagnosis center.Finally,the system was applied to all kinds of fault diagnosis research and analysis of wind turbines.The test results showed the effectiveness of the system.Secondly,a detailed analysis of the economic benefits of the new CMS system designed and developed above was carried out.This section starts with the current suspicion of the CMS system as a starting point,shows that the overall analysis of the CMS benefit evaluation,which derived a qualitative analysis of the CMS economic benefits,mainly including the "operation and maintenance" aspects of economic benefits," The economic benefits brought about by spare parts and large parts storage,and the economic benefits brought about by the "overhaul technological transformation" are analyzed in three aspects.
