Wind energy as renewable resources is a kind of resources, which is abundant,clean and green. In recent years, Wind energy increasingly brought to the attention ofthe countries all over the world, the wind turbines installed capacity is increasing rapidly.However, because of the bad working condition for example: remote place, complexstructure, maintenance difficulties, and other objective conditions, wind turbine drivesystem failure lead to long outage time and serious economic loss. At the same time, thescale of wind field is bigger and bigger, the quantity of wind turbines increase gradually,stand-alone monitor cannot meet the needs of the field. So the research on wind turbinedrive system network state monitoring and remote distributed condition monitoringsystem has important engineering value in preventing and reducing fault of the windgenerator, improving the economic benefit at the same time. Main work of this paper isas follows:This paper puts forward vibration condition monitoring strategy of wind turbinedrive system. According to the wind turbine drive system complex internal structure,calculating the transmission ratio and the fault characteristic frequency of the variousparts, analyzing the common failures. This all provides theory basis for monitoringstrategy, parameter setting, signal analysis, threshold alarm of the entire wind turbinedrive system.In this paper the wind turbine drive system network state monitoring systemstructure is overall design. The network state monitoring system based on C/S frameworkoverall framework was designed, and analyzing its characteristics. It sets up themodularized network state monitoring system module. Designing data acquisitionmodule and state monitoring module respectively, so it can provides strong support forthe subsequent software to write. It give a list of the whole process of the operation ofthe network monitoring system, to examine the rationality of the design.The signal analysis methods of wind turbine transmission system is studied.Commonly used methods (time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, spectrumanalysis and failure analysis), for wind turbines is realized, including statistical timedomain characteristics, the spectrum analysis, cepstrum analyzing, unit close-up view,trend chart, axis trajectory, chromatogram,3D waterfall diagrams, roundness, jointdistribution, order tracking, etc. It can effectively monitoring the state of wind turbine drive system.This paper develops a suit of wind turbine drive system network monitoring systemwith independent intellectual property rights. It mainly includes data acquisitionsoftware, condition monitoring software, database design, etc. And it realizes the datatransmission and access between the different wind turbines.Acquisition module willstore the collected data in the designated IP SQL Server database, state monitoringmodule can send real-time transmission to the specified data acquisition softwarecommand request, process real-time data, also can access the specified IP access SQLServer database, process history data. This can solve the problem of remote conditionmonitoring network. Through field test, it can meet the needs of wind turbine drivesystem network condition monitoring.
