The normal operation of transformer affects the stability of power system operation.For on-line monitoring of transformer operation,ultrasonic,UHF,pulse current and chemical methods are currently available.The online monitoring method based on Partial Discharge UHF signals has the advantages of less interference and high sensitivity.The topic mainly aims at the ultra high frequency on-line detection method of transformer partial discharge,carries on the optimization design and production of the UHF sensor,and uses the produced sensor to collect the special high frequency analog signal of the partial discharge,and develops the software program based on Labview,and realizes the signal acquisition,denoising,display,storage and preview.Police and other functions.Finally,the expandable function of the on-line monitoring system is realized,and it is integrated with the running function to form a complete set of transformer local discharge UHF detection system.First,the shape of the antenna used to collect UHF signals is explored,and the characteristics and effects of various shapes are tested by simulation,and the corresponding UHF Sensors are made.According to the requirements of the acquisition,the appropriate separation and amplification and detection circuit are selected to improve the sensitivity and anti-interference ability of the signal detection.The integrated signal processing module is combined with UHF antenna to form a complete UHF sensor.Then,according to the requirements of the acquisition,the structure of the on-line monitoring system of the transformer station is set up.By using the multiplexer,the extensible function is realized.By using the data acquisition card,the on-line data acquisition,storage and analysis are realized.And based on Labview,the acquisition program required for the system is compiled to realize data acquisition,software denoising and expansion function,and combined with the produced UHF signal acquisition device to form a complete UHF monitor ing system.By simulating partial discharge experiment,PD data are collected,and the monitoring system achieves the expected function after examination.Finally,through the field installation and debugging,and through the experiment test and the system operation verification,the parameters of the UHF sensor meet the relevant indexes,and can collect the UHF signal well,and can be collected by the acquisition card after the signal processing module,and complete the detection function by the software system.The hardware system and the software design can all be designed.Enough to run.
