| PD refers to the non-penetrating discharge between two electrodes that are insulated from each other.This phenomenon is different from the complete br eakdown of the insulating medium,which is the most common fault of electric al equipment.The main reason for the frequent occ urrence of partial discharge in electrical equipment is that there are defects such as sand hole,gas holeor oil film inside the module of insulating medium or insulating component durin g the manufacturing process.In addition,the unreasonable design of t he insulat ion and insulation components and the high rated voltage of electrical equipme nt are also the important reasons for the phenomenon of partial discharge.It is found that partial discharge often occurs with light,sound,heat and chemistry,so it is necessary to use these chemical and physical phenomena to carry out a single or multiple comprehensive detection operation in daily measurement,so as to realize the effective discrimination and location of electrical equipment partial discharge.At pre sent,the state grid power enterprises mainly use the combination of ultrasonic and UHF to complete partial discharge detection.The focus of this paper is to clarify the application of PD testing technol ogy in the actual project,mainly using the combine d detection method of UHF and ultrasonic to realize the positioning of the local discharge source,which is helpful to improve the accuracy of the location of the local discharge source.When using acoustic and electric joint technology to locate the source of GIS,it is necessary to obtain the UHF data,AE data and high frequency current da ta from the local signal.By comparing and analyzing the above data,the inter ference signal can be eliminated accurately,and the location of the source and the type of the defect can be clearly defined.Finally,three examples of electri c discharge detection in three substation are used to study the phenomenon of partial discharge in its internal structure and insulating material,which mainly i nvolves the principle of de tection,operation flow,data analysis,application ran ge and defect diagnosis,and through actual case analysis,the potential defects are detected in time.Provide guidance for the daily operation of GIS equipme nt in C hina’s power enterprises. |
