Intelligent pathologic diagnosis instrument is automatic scanning acquisition of pathological image is converted into digital image transmission to the computer after intelligent identification diagnosis and report the results of the last generation cases intelligent equipment.At present,the number of pathologists in China is small and the population base is large,the pathologist's diagnosis of pathological section was limited by experience and energy,which caused a certain degree of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,regional differences can lead to uneven levels of medical care in different regions.In the application background of artificial intelligence technology,there are more and more researches on intelligent pathological diagnosis technology,it is also increasingly being used in clinical diagnosis,however,there are no medical devices related to the technology,as a result,the use of the technology remains difficult in remote areas.The purpose of this study is to improve the diagnostic efficiency and reduce the misdiagnosis rate and workload,at the same time,it can greatly improve the medical equipment in various regions,have broad market prospect.Firstly,this paper introduces the development status of intelligent pathological diagnosis instrument and related technologies at home and abroad;Secondly,the intelligent pathological diagnosis instrument is briefly introduced,then the scheme design the main hardware part,which includes the design of the slide box in the automatic entry module and the drawing of the 3d solid diagram,the design and selection of the inner structure principle of the manipulator in the automatic feed module is made,the design of the electric platform and the objective lens converter scheme in the automatic scanning module was designed,and the selection of the microscope camera,the microscopic main frame and bar code scanner was carried out;Then use ACCESS for the software part of the diagnostic instrument database system to development and design,it includes the development of database software selection,database system design,functional and nonfunctional requirements of the design of the database tables to create and function module design,and the function test of database system was carried out;At last,the paper designs the early data processing related work of the software part intelligent recognition algorithm on the diagnostic instrument,it uses Python for data collection and collation to design procedure;The segmentation algorithm is designed and implemented on Open CV,and it can provide references for the research of the follow-up algorithm.
