Ship cold storage play an important role in the quality of food storage,cold storage design and air supply condition of reasonable.It can provide suitable storage conditions for fruits and vegetables,delay the rot rate of fruits and vegetables and maintain its freshness,largely provides possibility for sailing crew rich diet.Based on ship's mini cold storage as the research object,the application of computational fluid dynamics software to simulate freezers velocity field,temperature field and humidity field,people can ensure goods area of the various parameters suitable for storage of fruits and vegetables.The main contents of this paper are as follows : To establish the model of experimental cold storage,and compare the simulated data with the experimental data,ensure the accuracy and credibility of the simulation calculation.The ceiling type apply to ship mini cold storage,the simulation results the factors of affecting the air distribution.The jacketed type apply to ship mini cold storage,is simulated to the effect factors of air distribution.The simulation results of the jacketed miniature refrigerator are compared with the ceiling type miniature refrigerator,and the characteristics of the storage effect and the suitable conditions are analyzed.The analysis found that when the storage of fruits and vegetables was stored in the ceiling type refrigerator,it was not conducive to the heat and moisture exchange of fruits and vegetables.In case of inconsistent container placement,wind speed has different effects on the distribution of flow field.In the case of the small distance of the container,increasing the parameters of the wind speed have no influence in the field.When using a stack of fruits and vegetables,the distance between the containers is 10 cm to facilitate the storage of fruits and vegetables.When using no-shelf stacking of fruits and vegetables,40 cm spacing between the containers is beneficial to the storage of fruits and vegetables.When the upper orifice plate refrigerator is used,the requirement for placing the container is high.When the distance between fruits and vegetables is small,the storage effect is not as good as the ceiling type cold storage.Using the whole orifice plate cold storage storage,requirement of put spacing is low.When the distance between fruits and vegetables is 10 cm,the distribution of the flow field is the best,to increasing fruit and vegetable spacing on the airflow organization distribution status improvement effect is smaller.Increasing the cooling fan of wind speed on the airflow organization distribution state of improvement is not obvious.Under the same conditions,full-hole cold storage is better than ceiling-type cold storage.
