The cold storage is the main part of food cold chain, food quality is much attention. Advantages and disadvantages of airflow have certain influence on food quality in cold storage.Established a physical model for a cold storage, using software for numerical simulation, the paper analyzes the distribution of the airflow in cold storage, and through experiment verification. The main contents are as follows:Using numerical simulation method analyzes the distribution of the velocity field and temperature field when wind speed changes, and obtained the appropriate chiller outlet velocity.Under the appropriate velocity, simulate and analysis the air distribution by adjusting the chiller location; the chiller are arranged in the longitudinal direction, in the width direction and in the middle direction, through the software simulation, analysis and research the changes of velocity and temperature field, to determine the appropriate placement and put forward improved method.Respectively analyze airflow on the empty and full cold storage, Studied the distribution of the airflow field surrounding the goods, under the premise of chiller in the width direction, to verify the airflow distribution of empty and full cold storage, and put forward improved method.Select measurement points of the actual cold storage, through the comparison of measured value and analog value analysis, research the differences between actual and simulated airflow, and experimental measurement method is put forward.Through the above research, the conclusions are as follows:With the increase of the chiller outlet velocity in cold storage jet area increases gradually, the airflow also has reflux tendency of adhering the cold wall surface; the low temperature area increases gradually in the cold, the cold temperature field presents uniformly trend; Through the analysis and comparison of airflow velocity and temperature of the cold, the appropriate outlet velocity is13m/s.Different sizes and different chiller placement should be considered the practical situation airflow field effect, in order to choose reasonable layout position.Analysis of the distribution of the cold airflow field with full goods, on the whole, positive region will form a significant vortex motion in the chiller downward, can improve chiller by changing the distance or location for improvement; In goods proximal position, velocity field changes significantly in the surface of the goods, in a remote location, speed on around0.5~1m/s within the scope of the whole goods surrounding temperature within the range of-17.6~-17.2℃, the temperature field uniforms distribution. With the experimental verification, the temperature measurement and simulation value of maximum temperature is1.98℃; In velocity, in Y-Z plane, air velocity measurement and simulation value maximum relative error is7.79%, while in x-y plane, the air velocity measurement and simulation value maximum relative error is7.90%.
