The security of the country is related to the real life of every one of us,and defense is very important for a country.While the aircraft carrier is an important factor in safeguarding national security,but also reflects the comprehensive strength of a country.Carrier-based aircraft carrier aircraft as the center of the event,and carrier-based aircraft on the ejection system is the aircraft carrier on one of the most important auxiliary device,steam ejection system performance can directly affect the aircraft carrier combat effectiveness and viability.In this paper,we mainly study the influence of the launch valve opening of carrier-based ejection system on the ejection characteristics of carrier-based aircraft.In this paper,the aircraft carrier steam catapult system is divided into two parts,steam catapult and catapult launch.First of all,the steam catapult is made a detailed introduction.Respectively on the gas cylinder,cylinder and launching valve are introduced for a detailed description.The temperature,pressure,steam flow for cylinders and cylinders are modeled.The launching valve is divided into the launch valve operating cylinder,the launch valve control valve,the rate valve and the energy selection valve.The force analysis of carrier-based aircraft is carried out,and the stage of take-off of the catapult is divided into six part.The dynamic model of each stage is established.And the steam projectile system is simulated with the equivalent mass car.Afterwards,the key part of the launching process of ejection launch valve is optimized.Through a large number of designs and simulations,the launch valve was analyzed with smooth acceleration and small steam flow consumption respectively.The launch valve curve according to the straight line and curve is divided into two categories.Different switching time,peak,the trend of the launching valve are compared.And these two categories of launch valve are also for comparison.Finally,the different control laws of the opening degree of the launch valve on the acceleration and the steam flow rate are obtained,and the optimal launch valve opening degrees are respectively given.Based on the optimal opening curve obtained from the above analysis,in order to ensure the good dynamic characteristics of the launch valve moving in accordance with the opening curve,the PID and fuzzy adaptive PID were used at the end of this paper to carry out the launch valve of the steam ejection system Controlled First,the principle of PID control is briefly introduced,and the PID steam ejection launching system is established.The simulation results of the ship borne steam ejection system under the PID controller are obtained.Then the fuzzy adaptive PID control is briefly introduced,and a fuzzy adaptive PID ejection launching system is constructed.According to the actual operation and experience,the fuzzy membership function and rule base are designed,and the final result is analyzed.Carrier-based aircraft with good motor characteristics of the controller.
