Study On Evaluation Of Growth Ability Of High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

The high-end equipment manufacturing is a key to the government to accelerate cultivation and support.Its development process leads and promotes the prosperity of the entire manufacturing industry and even the national economy and the society.It is the fundamental approach and important measure to change the economic structure and expand the new industrialization road.Therefore,It is of great significance to determine the evaluation index system and measurement model for the growth capability.It can give the corresponding strategy for how to promote the growth capability,also can provide decision-making grounds and theoretical foundations to promote the sustainable and stable growth of the enterprises.In order to evaluate the growth capabilities of high-end equipment manufacturing companies fully and accurately,a measurement model based on “GEM-MDM-GRA” was constructed refer to theoretical research and current research.Main principal component analysis method is used as the main method,combined with fuzzy mathematics membership method and correlation analysis to screen out significant evaluation indicators,and a four-element index system based on “growth dynamics-growth input-growth management-growth output” was constructed.Then,Using subjective group decision eigenvalues and objective deviation maximization methods to give weights,finally,using the grey correlation method to measure 48 high-end equipment manufacturing listed companies to get the relative scores and ranking results.On the basis of applying the combination evaluation method,the hierarchical clustering analysis is used to cluster the comprehensive scores,and further reveal the differences in the growth abilities of the enterprises.The analysis of the empirical analysis of the growth capability of high-end equipment manufacturing companies reveals that most companies’ growth capabilities are at a relatively moderate level,and a few are in a dominant or backward position.All companies have unbalanced development inputs,growth drivers,growth management,and growth output.They may be stronger in one aspect or in some aspects,but weaker in others.According to the sample enterprises of the subdivided industries,the scores of industrial growth ability are all below 0.7,which shows a greate space for improvement and ability to upgrade.Finally,from the framework of factors affecting growth capacity,we will discuss relevant proposals for promoting the growth capacity of high-end equipment manufacturing companies in China from four aspects,expect to reduce or even solve the problem of high-end equipment manufacturing companies.
