With the development of science and technology since the 20 century, the pace of replacement of modern equipment became much higher.Which made the maintenance and protection requirement also went up.Guarantee costs and strategic preparation requirements were two important factors that restrict the development of modern equipment which has aroused the attention of the military of all countries in the world. The comprehensive equipment support is to meet the requirements of the equipment system, such as combat readiness, and thus to include the design, preparation, and research of the safeguard characteristics of the system, and the related control and technical behavior throughout the equipment life cycle. The concept of comprehensive equipment support in the 21 st century includes five aspects of the reliability, repairable, safeguarding, testing, and security of equipment from equipment design, and other related actions. In order to promote the equipment comprehensive support project effectively,it is necessary to optimize and evaluate the equipment comprehensive support characteristics. In this paper,an index system of equipment comprehensive support characteristics was established, and the principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process were used to optimize the comprehensive index system of equipment comprehensive support. Then, the gray relational analysis method is used to evaluate the proposed multiple optimization schemes. The main tasks are as follows:(1)The thesis have been studied basic contents of the establishment of the equipment comprehensive support index system.Based on the basic principles of the comprehensive evaluation index system, this article has established a rational equipment comprehensive support index system. The commonly used assessment methods of the equipment integrated support system index system have been studied and proper ones were select.(2)According to the characteristics of comprehensive equipment support system, this thesis select principal component analysis to pre-evaluate the system.According to the idea of PCA,the main components of many characteristic indexes are solved, and the performance of each historical data under the main composition is calculated.Secondly, according to the relevant data,a set of weights reflecting the important degree of the characteristic index was obtained, and the evaluation result of the comprehensive safeguard index system of the related equipment is obtained based on the PCA.(3)This article uses analytic hierarchy process, with its qualitative and quantitative combined to deal with the characteristics of various decision-making factors as well as the advantages of system, flexibility and simplicity, and put forward several optimization programs. Then, this thesis compares and proves with the original program of preevaluation through the gray relational analysis and finally selects the best optimization plan.(4)This thesis completed the optimization and evaluation system of the index system, which realized the information exchange of equipment system,AHP weights, entropy weights, integrated weights, gray correlation coefficient and other functions, and met the needs of designing and evaluation of the optimization plans.Based on the study of the essence of the equipment's comprehensive security system, this thesis has established a comprehensive system of indicators.Different from the traditional index system evaluation method, this thesis has carried out the optimization and evaluation of the comprehensive support equipment characteristics with the combination of the principal component analysis method, the analytic hierarchy process and the grey correlation analysis method and achieved good results.
