The explosion-proof brushless excitation synchronous motor is mainly used to drive the reciprocating compressor.The torque characteristic of this kind of mechanical equipment is not uniform or periodic.In the past,this type of compressor regulates the amount of gas entering the process flow through the reflux mode,the motor is in the rated condition of the compressor under the stable operation,and the influence of the fluctuating dynamic torque produced by the rated load is only considered when the motor is designed.Due to the application of a new energy saving technology to the compressor unit,the compressor can run at different loads,which makes the pulsating torque on the motor changed greatly,and brings a series of problems and influences.How to suppress the impact of dynamic load pulsation torque on synchronous motor is the most advanced demand in the development of large-scale explosion-proof synchronous motor.In this paper,a 6500 k W-20 P synchronous motor is studied.The electromagnetic and structure of the synchronous motor are calculated and simulated by analytic method and numerical analysis method.In terms of electromagnetism,the starting capacity,starting time,starting winding temperature rise,starting process and rated working condition of the motor are analyzed.The structure of the motor,the structure of the stator,the structure of the rotor,the strength of the main parts and the torsional vibration of the shaft system are analyzed in detail to ensure the rationality of the design of the motor.By studying and analyzing the load torque characteristic of the system using the stepless gas capacity regulation system,the torque characteristic of the synchronous motor during the oscillating process,the influence of the different pulsating torque on the synchronous motor,the harmonic torque of the synchronous motor under the different pulsating torque,and the influence of dynamic load pulsating torque on synchronous motor and so on,the influence of pulsating torque on synchronous motor under different load conditions is summed up,and the corresponding solutions are found out.The results show that the influence of dynamic load pulsating torque on synchronous motor can be effectively suppressed by optimizing the rotor strength,limiting the amplitude of the dynamic torque of the pulsating torque,controlling the adjusting range of the stepless gas capacity regulation system and reducing the power factor of the synchronous motor at low load,increasing the torque of the flywheel,so as to ensure a long and stable operation of the equipment.The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical basis for the design and application of synchronous motors driving pulsating dynamic loads.
