Pressing-off inlet valve in partial stroke is one of the methods of air-regulating for reciprocating compressor, and it has economic , safe and well-fixing character. Taking the method of pressing-off inlet valve in partial stroke as the theory foundation, a new stepless capacity control system is developed. It depends on the length of delaying closing the valve plate to conduct the varying capacity and avoids some useless work, maintains the work ratio in a little range. In a word, it saves some energy.The article analyses the principle of such a system first. Combined with the valve plate simulation and experiment result, the concrete machine structure and control system can be decided. In the article, the important part-valve fork is particularly analyzed; At last, two concrete application in industrialization is referred.From this task, these can be gotten:1. The principle for stepless capacity control system(SCCS) has been deduced, and it can be used as the feasibility evidence.2. The simulation of the valve plate has been worked, and it can be used as the direction for the design of SCCS and the unloader force.3. The important part in the system has been designed and checked, a new thought about the folk was born.4. The research for the whole SCCS has been developed and the industrialization application is implemented.
