Cylindrical rollers as the main parts of the bearings,the size of the differences on the accuracy of the bearing,running performance and service life have a crucial impact.At present,in the bearing industry,the measurement of the diameter and length of the roller mainly adopts the traditional manual inspection method.It is difficult to ensure the accuracy and stability of the bearing rolling element assembly.Cylindrical roller multi-dimension measurement and precise grouping are problems that need to be solved urgently.This article will focus on the above issues,then use the method of signal theory analysis,control system hardware and software design and physical prototyping to conduct the study of the cylindrical roller size measurement control system.Cylindrical roller size signal preprocessing is studied.Firstly,size signals are mixed with noise and other interference factors in the acquisition process.This paper uses fast Fourier transform to solve the spectral characteristics of size signals,then determine the cutoff frequency of the signal,and use the window function method to design the filter based on the cutoff frequency to achieve denoising.Secondly,the sensor collects dimensional data that results in partial loss of signal due to slight shocks,so in this paper,least squares method is used to establish the fitting curve polynomial function equation,and the maximum value is calculated as the diameter size of the cylindrical roller,then using the mean method to solve the cylindrical roller length dimensions.Finally,establish the accuracy prediction model of the measurement system based on BP neural network,which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up verification of the feasibility of the control system.The cylindrical roller size measurement control system hardware and software are designed.Analyze the performance requirements of the cylindrical roller size measurement system firstly,and then determine the overall plan for sizemeasurement control system.The hardware part mainly includes the selection of sensors,data acquisition cards,motion control cards,sorting motors and drivers.Use the software development platform of LabVIEW virtual instrument to design the software functional structure of the cylindrical roller diameter and length dimension measurement system.It include size measurement module,signal data online processing module and sorting motion control module.It also provides the basis for the programming system software program programming.The cylindrical roller size measurement control system program is compiled.This article uses LabVIEW programming software to design a convenient and intuitive human-computer interaction interface in order to implement different functional modules of the measurement system.Combining sensor technology and computer technology,build a physical prototype of cylindrical roller diameter and length measurement based on virtual instrument technology.Firstly,select 20 samples for data collection,and then complete the grouping of cylindrical roller sizes based on the measured data.Finally,measure the diameter and length of 5different types of cylindrical rollers.Through the BP neural network accuracy prediction model built,program with MATLAB,predict 500 times for each size in the measurement range,the size is predicted and compared with the standard data.it can be seen that the accuracy of the system meets the original design goals. |
