| Cylindrical roller bearing has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity and impact resistance,With the rapid updating and replacement of modern precision machinery manufacturing industry,the requirements for the precision of cylindrical roller bearings are becoming higher and higher.The same type of bearing rolling body is grouped according to the level,It is an important guarantee to improve the rotation precision of the bearing.At present,the size separation of bearing cylindrical roller is mainly artificial,It leads to low separation efficiency and poor precision,and it is difficult to meet the precision demand of bearing.Therefore,developing a high efficiency and high precision automatic sorting system for bearing cylindrical roller is an urgent problem to be solved in the field of bearing.In this paper,a cylindrical roller size sorting system is designed,and the mechanism design and performance analysis are carried out through theoretical analysis and simulation test.First,the performance requirements of the size sorting system are analyzed,and a reasonable design scheme is selected.Theoretical analysis of the key parameters of the feeding device,Study on the motion state of cylindrical roller at different amplitude,Analysis of the influence of the key parameters of the vibratory hopper on the feeding speed;The optimum angular velocity and angular acceleration of the valve without impact opening and closing in the prescribed time are determined by the design and analysis of the blanking valve device.The overall design of the separation system is completed by analyzing the matching relationship between the feeding device,the measuring device and the separation device.Secondly,based on the Hertz contact deformation theory,the Coulomb friction theory and the hysteresis damping theory,the contact dynamics model of the cylindrical roller diameter measurement process is established.Study on the normal deformation of cylindrical roller and sensor contact,and the relationship between normal deformation and normal force.It provides a theoretical basis for improving the measurement accuracy of the separation system.Finally,in order to verify the correctness of the contact dynamic model of the cylindrical roller measuring process.Based on the dynamic simulation and the finite element simulation,the numerical simulation of the measuring process of cylindrical roller in the separation system is carried out,The normal force of the head,the acceleration of the head and the normal deformation of the two contact body are analyzed under different measuring speed.In this paper,through the research of bearing cylindrical roller size separation system and contact dynamics of measurement process,the cylindrical roller’s size is highly efficient and high-precision sorting,which is of great significance for the application of contact dynamics theory in the cylindrical roller size separation field. |
