High precision and high consistency cylindrical parts are the key basic parts of high precision bearings,which are widely used in the field of medical equipment,aerospace,energy machine and other special equipment.At present,cylindrical roller bearing outer circle processing methods,such as centerless grinding,exist bad batch consistency of processing accuracy and other kinds of technology difficulties,which makes the cylindrical rollerlimited in theapplications of various fields.In order to solve the problems of bad cylindrical roller surface quality nonuniformity,poor consistency and processing.Predecessors put forward a new method of high precision double plane lapping of cylindrical roller.Although this method improved the roller processing,there is no guarantee for the workpiece consistency of batch processing.In order to achieve good batch consistency processing,This paper designed the double plane grinding roller processing equipment.(1)This paper expounds the double plane grinding machining cylindrical roller in two ways.For double planar mode cylindrical grinding roller way,this paper proposes a method for quantitative evaluation of trajectory of cylinder.By cylinder is divided into several units grid and grid computing each unit within the machining track density,their standard deviations are calculated,the trajectory uniformity as evaluation index,it is concluded that planetary uniformity processing locus is superior to the eccentric.(2)By ADAMS simulation software,the cylindrical roller double loading system for the dynamic analysis of plane processing,it is concluded that the pressure type,floating on the loading system,pressure load is uniform,pressure fluctuation value is small,suitable for the machining of cylindrical roller,and to carry on the design of pressurization mechanism and pneumatic control system.(3)Design the double plane grinding equipment in set pressure system,precision drive system,outer ring gear lifting system,mill correction system;Design the transmission shaft and the finite element analysis software ANSYS to the intensity of the shaft,and the modal analysis of transmission system.(4)The equipment is verified by orthogonal test,optimizing and analysing the equipment processing parameter under the 1000# abrasive particle size,obtaining the optimal combination of speed and the optimal processing parameter A2(load pressure 15 N),B2(abrasive concentration of 25%)and C2 combination of speed(upper millstone :lower millstone:internal ring:outer ring=-75:82:80:47).Analyze the effects of different abrasive particle size on the experimental results by a single experiment.It is concluded that the smaller the grid size,the better the surface quality,he bigger the particle size,the greater the material removal rate.Under the 5000#Al2O3 abrasive particle size,roundness batch consistency of roller reaches 0.51 um.The minimum roundness of the single roller reaches 0.4um.At last,do further research on the effect of the equipment processing,the degree roundness of cylindrical roller reaching 0.30 um after polishing experiment,The minimum roundness of the single roller reaches 0.194 um.This paper designed the double plane lapping machine of four axis driving for processing cylindrical rollers.Mainly design the compression system and drive system.This equipment has already been the practical application.Finally,the reliability of the equipment was verified by the experiment of cylindrical roller.
